As described by Sea, Harper is very elegant, with ginger tabby fur and piercing green eyes. She moves smoothly with each step and her voice is very smooth and clear.
Personality[]
Harper is the natural leader of her friends and she is the typical adolescent she-cat, partaking in rumors, gossiping, but she is also quite talented and extraverted.

- Harper is first seen as one of the "strange cats" in the water and she swims up to Jessamy shortly after the latter rescues Sea. She then introduces all of them and is offended at Sea's question. She is seen swimming away with her peers.
